What Are Others Saying About HOSFU’s Publicity Services?

Fantastic! You’re the best! This is absolutely the very best feature ever done on me! Thanks for allowing me to put EVERYTHING on this page.
-Nancy Stafford, professional actress for 30 years, on her Christian-Movie.com Featured Actress Spot

You do such a fantastic job of linking your site to so many places.  On a whim, I Googled myself because someone said they Googled me.  There were links to [my] interview everywhere.  What an awesome gift.  I could never get the word out about Cross Wind Productions like you all have.
-Barbara Sundstrom, Cross Wind Productions

Thanks so much for all the work you put into making The River Within the Featured Film this month. The layout looks great. The picture choices were great. Navigation was super easy. It really has been a pleasure working with you on this. I wish all of my media related encounters could be so organized and professional.
-Zac Heath, writer and director of Christian-Movie.com Featured Film, The River Within

Christian-Movie.com is the Hollywood Reporter for the Christian Film Industry. It’s the only resource I know of that fully keeps you up to date on newly released Christian films, as well as films in pre-production, and those in post-production. HOSFU Workshops

October 10, 2009 HOSFU WORKSHOPS No Comments

What is HOSFU Workshops?

HOSFU Workshops is a branch of HOSFU LC. HOSFU staff are available to coach workshops for your organizational or community event, regarding the following topics and many more:

  • Networking
  • Social Media
  • Search Engine Optimization

Our company has a history of providing workshops that are enjoyable, interactive and informative. Teaching events are tailored to the event, organization and audience.

In June 2009, HOSFU CEO Eric Highland was on faculty at the Gideon Media Arts Conference, where he taught a two-part series entitled “Networking: A Cord of Three Strands.” He covered the theological underpinnings of networking and gave a detailed analysis of tools available for networking in the 21st Century. Due to HOSFU’s specialty of networking online, the majority of the methods covered were related to social media (yes, terms like this are always defined for those who need to start at the beginning!).

What Are Others Saying About HOSFU’s Publicity Services?

This guy is an online marketing genius. He is constantly pushing the envelope and completely willing to share every bit of what he’s learned. Eric was straight up honest with everyone that if you don’t get into the game, you’re not going to make it in the next ten years as a filmmaker.
-T.C. Johnstone of Gratis 7 Media Group, after attending Eric Highland’s 2009 Gideon workshop series

For those curious here is our HOSFU statement of faith:

We believe:
1. Scriptures: The Holy Scriptures which are comprised of the 66 canonical books of the Old and New Testaments are fully and verbally inspired by God, and are therefore infallible in the original writings and completely trustworthy in all areas in which they speak. The Scriptures are therefore the supreme, unmediated, and final authority of faith and practice for every believer.
2. Trinity: There is only One eternal, almighty and perfect God. Within the Being of this One true God exist three eternally distinct, and coequal Persons:  the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
3. Deity of Christ: Jesus the Christ is the eternal Son of God, the Second Person of the Trinity, who took upon Himself human flesh through the miraculous conception by the Holy Spirit in the womb of the Virgin Mary. He who is true God became true man uniting two natures in one person forever. Christ lived a perfect, sinless life, died as an atoning sacrifice for our sins, rose bodily from the dead, and ascended into Heaven where He now serves as our High Priest, our only Mediator. He will return bodily and visibly to the earth as King of Kings and will judge every human being that has ever lived.
4. Holy Spirit: The Holy Spirit is the eternal Third Person of the One true Triune God, who testifies to the Christ. The Holy Spirit is the Convictor of sin, the Regenerator of persons, the Bestower of spiritual fruit and gifts, and the abiding Advocate who empowers believers for godly living and service.
5. Sin: In Adam, human beings were created in the image of God (i.e. they share in a finite way the communicable attributes of God, including personality, spirituality, rationality, and morality). Through the fall of Adam that image of God in humanity has been defiled. As a result, every human being is radically corrupt and estranged from God. God condemns human beings because of their descent into sin, both through their relationship to Adam and through individual choice. As a result of this sin, all human beings are condemned by God to death, both temporal and never-ending. The desperate need of humanity is the forgiveness of our sins and consequent restoration of fellowship with God; yet humans remain totally unable to atone for and restore themselves.
6. Salvation: Jesus the Christ’s death on the cross provided a perfect and complete substitutionary atonement for the sins of humanity past, present and future. In salvation we are rescued from God’s wrath by His unmerited grace alone, through faith alone, on the account of Christ alone. (Sola gratia, Sola Fide, Solo Christus) Those who have received the free gift of salvation will live forever in the fellowship and Kingdom of God (heaven). Never-ending conscious punishment apart from the fellowship of the Kingdom of God (hell) is the ultimate destiny of unredeemed humanity, Satan, and his entire angelic host.
7. The Church: The Christian church, which is the body and bride of Christ, is composed of all persons who through saving faith in Jesus Christ have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit. Corporately and individually, its members strive to worship, serve, and glorify God through prayer and praise, diligent study and application of the Scriptures, evangelism, sanctified living, good works, and observance of the rites of baptism and the Lord’s Supper. The ultimate mission of the church is the discipleship of all nations, not only the saving of souls (which is primary and the work of the Holy Spirit) but also bringing the gospel to bear on every aspect of life and thought — until the Lord returns.

HOSFU LC

HOSFU LC is a company dedicated to Promoting Christ Through The Film Industry.

HOSFU is an acronym which stands for:

His Only Son For Us

Our logo is descriptive of our company.

*The royal purple signifies the majesty of Christ

*The pocket watch which makes up the "O" in HOSFU represents the fact that there is limited time before the Christ returns. The hands of the watch are set at 3PM the time in which the Christ gave up His Spirit and changed the positional relationship of the world to God into a savable one.

*The shadow that comes from the pocket watch is a cross as a solemn reminder of the great sacrifice of Christ

*The "U" in HOSFU is catching a tear of God which reminds us that God's heart is grieved for those that do not know Him. However the "U" also catches the tear as a representation of His grace.
