Christian Film Database (CFDb)
The Christian Film Database is an online list of Christian movies, along the lines of the secular Internet Movie Database (IMDb).
Rather than selling films, the Christian Film Database offers a service to visitors: CFDb helps people to find the Christian movies they’re looking for. In addition to browsing through films alphabetically, visitors are also able to search for movies in Blu-ray or VHS.
A non-denominational database safe for all ages, the Christian Film Database features lists of Christian films currently in theaters and movies that will be coming out soon. Christian film trailers are also available on the website.

Adding Christian Movies To CFDb
If you would like to see a Christian movie added to the Christian Film Database, e-mail CFDb with as much information as you have about the film, ideally including the URL to the movie’s website and the image file of the movie poster.
What Is A Christian Movie?
What makes a movie “Christian?” Can a film be called Christian? These are questions CFDb has been asked by those who utilize its services or want to add movies to the site. Says Roger Rudlaff, the man behind CFDb, “There is no easy answer that we have found to the question of what makes a movie ‘Christian.’ In fact, the more we try to answer questions like this, the more questions we find ourselves asking.” But the Christian Film Database team is interested in discussing these topics, to make CFDb a better resource of the highest quality possible. Roger encourages readers, “We would like to hear from you, what do you think?”

Who is the authority upon whether it’s “Christian” or not?

Great Question!
I’m the one doing it right now and this is the hardest thing I do. It’s a lot harder than one would think.
I have tried to ask other Christians about this, but as you would guess, I can’t get Christians to agree on this.
I would like others to help me decide what makes a film “Christian” or what films to add, If I had a group of Christians that I could ask , this would be my goal.
